Dubai, UAE and MCLEAN, Va. - Growing momentum behind Hilton Garden Inn growth in Saudi Arabia was seen today with the signing of a management agreement with Hamad & Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mozaini Real Estate Company to open Hilton Garden Inn Yanbu - which joins six properties for the mid-scale brand already under development in the Kingdom.

"Saudi Arabia has our largest pipeline anywhere in the Middle East with 23 hotels under development across the brand portfolio." said Rudi Jagersbacher, president, Middle East and Africa for Hilton Worldwide. "As Hilton Worldwide expands in this vast and rapidly evolving country - we are delighted to have secured a prime site for Hilton Garden Inn in Yanbu."

Expected to open in early 2017, the new-build hotel is to be developed in the Red Sea port city, known for its history as a hub for trade, industry and commerce.  The mid-market property will feature 239 guest rooms, located in a mixed use development of leisure, residential and retail units - beautifully positioned in the harbour village part of Yanbu's waterfront.

Hilton Garden Inn Yanbu will provide much needed internationally branded accomodation in the region and will feature meeting space totalling 1,100 square metres, as well as leisure facilities including fitness centers, an outdoor swimming pool and retail outlets.  Guests and local residents will also be able to enjoy an all-day dining restaurant and a garden lounge.

Hilton Garden Inn offers guests signature beddings, as well as 24-hour business center, complimentary WIFI and the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry which provides a range of snacks, sweet treats and beverages.  Hilton Garden Inn Yanbu will be conveniently located for both the city's port, as well as Yanbu Prince Abdul Mohsin bin Abdulaziz International Airport which is approximately 24 kilometers from the hotel.

In Saudi Arabia, upcoming Hilton Worldwide openings include Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Riyadh - Al Muroj Business Gate, and Hilton Riyadh Granada Business Park.
